Asam Asetat

Acetic acid, ethanoic acid or vinegar is one of the organic compounds in the alkanoic acid group. Vinegar acid has the empirical formula C 2H 4O 2. This formula is often written in the form CH 3–COOH, CH 3COOH, or CH 3CO 2H. Concentrated acetic acid (called glacial acetic acid) is a colorless, hygroscopic liquid, and has a freezing point of 16.7°C. Acetic acid is the main component of vinegar (3–9%) besides water.
